In addition to these, buyers will also receive an email when they sign up and when they request a password reset.All emails will not send if the user is unsubscribed from the group that the email is being sent from, or unsubscribed from all emails.

Reminder: Buyer Engagement - View the CIM

Text: "Your request to view {listing_title} has been approved. Click the button below to view the buyer presentation."
Trigger: The email is sent to the buyer 1 day after the user was approved.
Conditions: The buyer is still approved and they have not viewed the Buyer Presentation.

Text: "We saw you were successfully able to access the buyer prsentation did you have any questions or further interest in the business? Let us know if you would like to connect with the owner directly. You can access their contact info or make an offer from the buyer presentation page.
Please click here to indicate you are not interested in this opportunity and we will remove you from our follow-up list."
Trigger: Within a day after their 5th view of the buyer presentation
Conditions: This same email has not already been sent, and there is no current offer on the project, and the project is not under offer and nobody currently has due diligence access.

Send Deal To Buyers

Description: Deal Mailer. Contains the listing image, listing title, description, some financial data, a button that links to the blind profile, and a prompt to update their buyer preferences if they're only looking for specific deals (links to homepage)
Trigger: Email Listing to Buyer List is clicked (by a Deal Manager)
Conditions: If the user has any buyer preferences set, the deal must match their specified code and any of their financial ranges and their region preference. If they don't have any set, the email will send.

NDA - Copy

Description: Text prompting the user to see a signed copy of the submitted NDA. Button links to the NDA.
Trigger: An NDA is signed for a project
Conditions: Project must be published.
Unsubscribe Group: Transactional

NDA - Access Granted

Description: Text notifying the user that their request was approved. Button links to the Published CIM.
Trigger: Access to the project is granted by a contributor
Conditions: None
Unsubscribe Group: Buyer/Seller

Offer Submitted

Recipient: Opposite party of the person who triggered it. (Buyer if seller triggered it, project owner if buyer triggered it)
Description: Text notifying the user that an offer for the project has been submitted/countered. button links to the offer.
Trigger: An offer is submitted or countered by either party
Conditions: None

Offer Withdrawn

Recipient: If the buyer withdraws, send to the project owner. If the owner withdraws, send to the buyer
Description: Text notifying the user that the other party has withdrawn. Button links to the offer where they can download a copy.
Trigger: Either party withdraws from the offer
Conditions: None

Offer Withdrawn - Copy

Recipient: Sent to whichever party withdraws from the offer
Description: Text confirming that the user has withdrawn from the offer. Button links to the offer where they can download a copy.

Unsubscribe Group: Transactional

Offer Signed

Recipient: Sent to the project owner and the buyer who submitted the offer.
Description: Text congratulating the seller and buyer on the accepted offer. Button links to the offer where they can download a copy. Includes next steps to take: provide the Deal Manager with contact details of their accountant & transactional lawyer. Name and email of the lead Deal Manager is included at the bottom of the email
Trigger: Both parties have signed the offer.
Conditions: None

Offer Created - Notify NDA users

Recipients: All users who have signed an NDA and been approved access for the project
Description: Text informing the user that another offer has been submitted, and prompts them to submit their own offer. Button links to the offer page for that project and user
Trigger: An offer is created for the first time
Conditions: Must be the only offer for the project

Offer Withdrawn - Notify NDA users

Recipients: All users who have signed an NDA and been approved access for the project
Description: Text informing the user that the previous offer has been withdrawn. Button links to the offer page for that project and user
Trigger: An accepted offer is withdrawn by either party

FAQ - Question Answered

Recipient: The user who originally submitted the question
Description: Text notifying the user that the question has been answered. Button links to the faq page in the Buyer Presentation
Trigger: A FAQ is answered
Conditions: The person who answered the question must be the owner of the project.
