In some circumstances, you might want to be able to send the CIM to someone without them signing the built in DealBuilder NDA.

There are two ways of sharing the CIM without a buyer signing a NDA.

1) Disable ‘Use System NDAs’ for all registered buyers

Go to Project Settings

By un-checking “Use System NDAs” all users can view the CIM if they have the link and registered as a buyer.

2) Manually Add Buyer from the Buyers Card

From the project homepage, click the 3 Dots on the Buyers Card section.

Then select ‘Add Buyer’

Fill out the section below and click the Add button, or share the link directly with the buyer.

The buyer will then login and then have immediate access to the CIM.

Please note that NDA approvals will not be enabled using the above settings. We highly suggest enabling the default NDA settings to ensure all parties have signed.
