Key Steps

  1. Accessing Projects:
    • Navigate to the Deal Builder home page.
    • Click on the "My Projects" tab to view a list of all projects.
  2. Managing Project Visibility:
    • Projects can be labeled as "Public Listing" or "Published."
    • "Public Listing" means the deal is listed on the marketplace for all buyers.
    • "Published" allows you to share a private link with specific buyers without listing on the marketplace.
  3. Sharing Deals with Buyers:
    • Click on the "Share" button to obtain a unique link for sharing with buyers.
    • Copy the link and send it to the desired buyers for inquiries or NDA submissions.
  4. Adding Buyers as Contributors:
    • Within the project page, click on the contributor icon.
    • Add a buyer as a contributor with limited visibility (e.g., viewer only).
    • Input buyer details and select "Buyer Presentation" as the access point.
    • Click on the "Add Contributor" button to generate a unique invite link for the buyer.
  5. Granting Access to Buyers:
    • Buyers can be granted access to a deal before submitting an NDA by approving their inquiry.
    • Pending approvals for access will be labeled for easy identification.
